I ordered a set of custom patches for my dogs collar. However, after only two days of her wearing one, the corner and part of a letter started peeling. The patch was only worn on walks and has not been used during play or rough activity.
I reached out to customer service by email and submitted an RMA request through the website, but after a week I have yet to receive a response regarding a refund or replacement. Unfortunately, the product did not meet the quality I expected based on online reviews, and the lack of timely support is extremely disappointing and frustrating.
Additionally, I noticed that the price of this item has recently been reduced from $15.99 to $8. While I understand pricing may change over time, this makes me even more eager to have this defective item refunded promptly, as I paid full price for a product that began peeling after only two days of normal use.
