Disappointment with Customer Service
I ordered one of the more expensive harnesses from Julius K9 and was super excited for my fur baby to receive it for Christmas. Prior to purchasing, I contacted customer service and asked how I would go about getting his name on the harness. At that time I was told "all our harnesses come with the option to personalize and this can be mentioned in the notes" I did exactly that. When the product came in, I saw his name was not there. I emailed customer service again and they sent me a link on where I had to purchase the label. It was 2 days before Christmas and I was too annoyed to purchase the label. Had I known earlier, I would have ordered at the same time.
