The IDC® Powair Breathable harness is the lightweight version of our massively popular IDC® Powerharness.
Made from a special breathable mesh fabric, the IDC® Powair is lightweight, ventilates extremely well, and provides a comfortable fit for your dog on the warmest days of the summer.
A water-retaining sponge is in the lining of Powair sizes Small and above, and allows you to get the harness wet to quickly cool down your pet. The harness will also dry very fast after use. Larger sizes of the IDC® Powair summer harnesses are also equipped with a handle to allow more control.

The IDC® Powair harness has been developed for versatile summer use. On hot summer days some dogs love the water, so on harnesses sized Small (S) and above, a water-retaining sponge is woven into the lining. Once wet this sponge retains water to help keep your dog cooler for longer.
The lightweight fabric has been designed to get wet and so is also quick drying.

We have a chihuahua and were concerned about the fit but once we tried it on him and adjusted it we are very happy. Red is his colour as he is a little spitfire.

I switched from the Julius-K9 Powerharness to the PowAir a few weeks ago because my dog wears her harness throughout the day, and I wanted something lighter and more breathable. I understand the this one is designed with comfort and airflow in mind, but I honestly didn’t expect the difference in durability and overall quality to be this noticeable.
My dog uses a pull line in the yard, and after only a short time, this harness has already stretched out and lost its shape. In comparison, our Powerharness has held up extremely well for over a year under the same conditions and still looks and feels solid.
The PawerAir may work fine for lighter or occasional use, but for active dogs or dogs that spend a lot of time in a harness, the durability just doesn’t seem comparable. I really wanted to like it because the breathable design is a great idea, but the long-term quality has been disappointing.

Fit and function
Very well done, easy to put on, looks comfortable on my dog-Labrador. He doesn't like it as much as I do. Probably, because of much heavier construction than a regular collar. It should be a little lighter.
