I am giving this a 1 star as a long time customer as we did not recieve this product with our shipment as the Y BELT THAT WE PAID FOR was not recieved and either want it shipped to us, or our money refunded to us or O will be Disputing this charge with Visa, continuing Tate low and Confront the individual at the next Event that Julius K9 is at. Very disappointed in the amount of effort this is taking to get what we paid for....
